Purpose and scope
The website provides product information, the HDC handbook, downloads, support contact, privacy information, and legal status pages.
Website access and server logs
When the site is delivered, technically necessary connection data may be processed by the hosting provider, such as IP address, time, requested resource, browser, and device information. The provider, hosting country, exact purposes, and retention period have not yet been confirmed.
Support by email
When you send email, the address, message content, attachments, and any information you choose to include are processed to answer the request. The email provider and retention policy still require confirmation.
Cookies, analytics, and accounts
The current static preview contains no user accounts, newsletter, contact form, advertising, analytics script, or non-essential cookie mechanism. This statement must be rechecked after deployment and whenever the site changes.
App data and App Store disclosures
The website package does not prove the app’s actual data flows. The final policy and App Store privacy answers must match the exact submitted build, including any diagnostics, cloud, AI, support, or third-party SDK behavior.
Retention, deletion, and requests
Support messages should be retained only as long as needed for the request and legal obligations. Exact schedules are pending. Requests for access, correction, or deletion can be sent to the support email, subject to applicable law.
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting, email, analytics, crash, cloud, and other providers must be listed once confirmed, including transfer safeguards where required. No provider list is invented in this preview.
